In the past, washer dryers have had a reputation for being beset by problems, but Miele have broken the mould and produced a new appliance that outperforms all other washer dryers.

The washer dryers benefit from fuzzy logic and an analogue pressure switch, taking in only as much water as is needed. A unique fan system atomises the water used to cool and condense the moisture from the drum during drying, bringing water consumption for the drying cycle down to an incredible 9 litres (compared with a market average of 20 litres).

The choice of spin speeds up to 1500rpm not only makes these the fastest washer dryers in the world, but means that residual moisture levels after washing are very low, leading to economical drying. Furthermore, Miele's unique Thermospin process uses heat during a pre-tumbling spin to break the bond between the water and the clothes, reducing drying time by around ten minutes.
